Rock Paper Shears Hair Studio was established in 2012, starting as a boutique salon in downtown Edmonton and has been voted Edmonton’s Best Hair Salon three years in a row. Founder and Owner Jessalynn has been in the hair industry for 18 years. After nine years of business Jessalynn has decided to take Rock Paper Shears into a smaller, more intimate setting, where Jessalynn can focus on her roots and putting all her experience back into what she loves: creating beautiful hair.
